Here is how it works. You must be 18 to enter for rifles and 21 for pistols. You must not be a restricted person from owning a firearm in order to enter the drawing. A 4473 (background check) is required each time. If you come back denied, the firearm will be given to the next person drawn who is permitted to own a firearm. The tickets can be purchased in our store or on our website. If purchased on our website, you must provide an email and phone number. If we do not get a response back before the next drawing, we will select/spin for another name from the previous drawing. Website purchases will receive an email notification from us confirming your entry.
There will be ONLY 40 tickets sold for each drawing. Price of ticket will be based off the item. The item and price per ticket will be announced every Thursday after the previous drawing has been done. Once all 40 tickets are sold, the drawing for that item will be closed and will still be held on Thursday. R&R Tactical will cover the cost of the background check in our store only. Otherwise we will cover the cost of shipping if being transferred to another FFL. (You will be responsible for the transfer fees to your FFL of choice)
Don’t live local but want to purchase tickets? Buy online and if you win, we will ship to an FFL Dealer near you. If you are having us ship it to you to another state, you are responsible for knowing your firearm laws. If the firearm is prohibited, we give to the next person drawn.
Drawing will be held every Thursday at 4:30pm MST via Facebook live. (You can watch here) Online sales and in store sales will stop at 3:30pm MST to help us get all the names uploaded. An email will be sent to the winner as well as a phone call.
There is no limit to how many can be purchased at one time, unless all 40 slots have been purchased.
