(801) 915-1108Returns must be done within 30 days of initial purchases. Receipts must accompany all unworn & unused returns. All tags and labels must be intact. No refunds or exchanges on final sale items, firearms, NFA items, ammunition, powder, primers, bullets, optics, and electronic ear protection.
Warranty claims must be submitted to the Manufacture.
All web returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned in new condition and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories, and original receipt to the address below. The RA# needs to be written on the outside of the box. Anything without an RA# noted on the box will be refused.
All refunds will be issued via the same manner the order was originally paid for.
If a shipment is refused by the customer or an order is cancelled, the order is subject to a restocking fee to cover the lost costs of the transaction. No original shipping charges will be refunded on refused shipments, or cancelled orders that have been picked up by the shipping company. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct fees and add a restocking fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Our restocking fee of 30% per order along with any applicable shipping cost will be deducted for all orders.
FIREARMS/NFA: Due to legal concerns, firearms cannot be returned after the transaction has been completed. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transaction. If you are denied a firearm purchase through BCI, you are responsible for contacting them to correct/clear up any issues. You have 30 days to complete this before storage fees are applied and you will be subject to a restocking fee. If you are denied for an NFA item, due to legal issues, there will be no refunds and the NFA item in question will become the property of R&R Tactical Design LLC, with no expectation of any further compensation to the customer.
AMMUNITION: Due to safety concerns, returns on ammunition are strictly prohibited.
Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item but may take longer depending on availability.
RESTOCKING FEE: All items are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees pain on any orders.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All online order cancellation requests must be made using our CONTACT US page with the reason for cancellation. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 30% from the refund amount. Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after being processed via the same manner the order was originally paid for. We will price match competitors “shipped price” under most circumstances. The competitor must currently have that item in-stock. We do not price match auction sites including, but not limited to: Gunbroker, UtahGunExchange, Armslist, Guns.com, etc.
It is the responsibility of the customer to validate that the selected FFL is in business, will perform the required background check, and will legally transfer the firearm to the customer. A restocking fee not to exceed 30% per order and applicable shipping cost will be charged for all orders refused or not accepted by the transferring dealer and returned to R&R Tactical Design LLC, LLC, for any reason.
